JSS COVID update April 28, 2021

Dear JSS families:

We have recently been informed by Alberta Health Services that, during the period of time our school had one cohort in quarantine due to someone testing positive for COVID-19, a second person in that cohort also tested positive. The second case did not directly impact the school, as no students or staff were exposed to that person during the time they were infectious. However, it does mean that our school is now on record as having had two cases of COVID, which places us at Alert Status. 

Our school continues to follow all the health measures and protocols, in order to help keep students and staff safe at school.

We thank you for continuing to be vigilant in monitoring your children's health as well. If they show signs of illness, please ensure they stay home from school.
